Windows Server / Group Policy security settings – 4sysops.
I have upgraded 5 workstations from windows 8. All went well. Also downloaded and installed latest connector software on each workstation and ran the essentials wizard. The dashboard on the server shows all statuses OK except for group policy which shows “Not Applicable” for all workstations and also the server.
It says completed successfully but status does not change on dashboard. I have changed the WMI string to include Win10 and everything works on the workstation’s Launchpad and the dashbpard on the server.
I installed the new connector on each workstation. MS needs to provide a fix for this and they should have provided a windows update fix also to fix the WMI string.
As an aside, Does anyone have issues with slow or no connections using RDP from the server to the workstations? I find this to be an intermittent and recurring problem. Office Office Exchange Server.
